Joint Pain Specialist
Strength Coach
Hiring a personal trainer should be the best decision for you as a client. Understand what your goals are when looking for a trainer so you find the best fit! I did this when I was a client and it made all the difference.
Becoming a joint pain specialist is where it all started for me. Almost everyone has had joint pain or injuries or knows someone who has. Getting rid of joint pain sets you up for success with other goals and improves your lifestyle because you are capable of much more when pain free.
I am also a strength and conditioning coach because it allows me to work with all sorts of people, and specifically with athletes as well. We want to get in shape and stay there. Strength and conditioning is where it starts and ends and I never met an athlete who doesn’t want to be stronger and at their peak performance.
Certifications and what they mean:
Z-Health Movement Reeducation Specialist (Joint Ailments). Using Dr. Eric Cobb’s system I have helped hundreds of people manage joint pain and injuries.
PICP (Poliquin International Certification Program) Strength coach certification. I study under the world renowned Charles Poliquin. Using his methods and principles I have helped athletes and clients reach optimal strength and structural balance.
