I initially came to Pete because I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my knee and I was having extreme difficulty in walking. He did an initial consult, listened to me, tested my movement, strength, and flexibility, and then created a program that was specific to me. We met two to three times a week and after about four to six months, I was able to walk with minimal pain and I felt so much better. I highly recommend Pete because he's a really good trainer and puts in the time with each client.
